Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7–14 business days, whether you select local pickup or shipping. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or for large custom orders. We work hard to get your gear to you as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.

Business Hours

We operate Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (excluding holidays). Orders placed outside these hours will begin processing on the next business day. Business hours are subject to change with notice. 

Care Instructions

We want your Maverick gear to last! That’s why every order comes with detailed care instructions to help you keep your apparel looking its best.

Quick Care Tips:
  • Turn garment inside out before washing
  • Machine wash cold
  • No bleach, softeners, or scent additives
  • Tumble dry low or hang to dry
  • No ironing on print areas
  • For puff ink apparel: avoid washing with rough fabrics, zippers, or buttons
We recommend waiting 24 hours after receiving your items before washing, as MSA prints to order and items are often shipped the same day they are printed.

About Dark Colored Garments

We want you to love your Maverick gear, and it’s important to know how different fabrics and printing methods can affect the final look—especially on dark colored garments.
Nothing has gone wrong in the printing process if you notice a difference in vibrancy or texture. The variation you see comes down to the type of garment and how it’s printed. For example, cotton tees like Comfort Colors are printed differently than our dri-fit shirts, which are 100% polyester. On dark cotton garments, it’s common for the shirt fibers to show through the ink a bit, resulting in a less vibrant or slightly “washed” look compared to the bright, crisp finish you’ll see on dri-fit and other polyester shirts.
We completely understand how this can be surprising, especially when comparing the two side by side. Rest assured, this is a normal outcome of custom apparel printing and not a flaw in your order. If you ever have questions or concerns, we’re always here to help—The Maverick Way.

Actual print colors and placement may vary slightly from what you see online—colors often appear more vivid on screens than they do on fabric. While we always strive for accuracy, slight variations are a normal part of the custom printing process. If there’s ever an error on our part, we’ll make it right!

Return & Exchange Policy

Because each item is custom made just for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons unrelated to defects or errors on our part.
If there’s a defect or a mistake with your order, we’re happy to offer a replacement or shop credit. Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order and PRIOR to washing the garment, if you notice any issues. After 24 hours, we are unable to accept returns or provide replacements, as we cannot verify the condition of items once they’ve been in your possession.
For your peace of mind, Maverick Sports Apparel photographs every order prior to shipping. We reserve the right to review these records before approving a return or replacement request.
